Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment there will  be no  charge.

However cancelling on the day may result in you being charged the full amount.

Not Showing up for your appointment affects other clients who would have loved your appointment.
Therefore there will be no discretion in these instances and you will be expected to pay the Full Price of your Treatment. 

New clients will always be asked to pay the full price of their treatment to secure their booking.
